Pizza Hotline is an independent, third-party order management platform. We facilitate food orders between customers and local third-party pizza kitchens across the USA. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any specific pizza franchise or national brand.
2. Order Management
By using our service, you acknowledge that Pizza Hotline acts as a liaison to coordinate your order with local vendors. We ensure your order details are accurately communicated to the kitchen for fresh preparation and timely delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of phone confirmation. Once an order is dispatched to the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds/Credits: Any issues with your order must be reported immediately via our hotline. Resolutions, including credits or refunds, are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the local vendor.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pizza Hotline acts only as an intermediary. The local kitchen is solely responsible for food quality, preparation standards, and allergy safety. We are not liable for any issues arising from the food preparation or delivery performance of third-party vendors.
5. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. Pizza Hotline is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
